CEF of NAL Prayer Ministry

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8

James 5:16 tells us that the prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much; in some versions it says that the prayer of a righteous person has great power. Prayer is the foundation of this ministry, and powerful prayers are needed to accomplish much as God guides and works. On behalf of the children, volunteers, and staff, we ask you to join us as prayer warriors in the spiritual battle for the souls of children and their families.

Please tell us how we can pray for you or for what we can praise God with you.

Satan wants to prey on ministry leaders, but Jesus prays for leaders and teaches us to do the same.

Before the Throne - February 2025

Will you please come to the Father with us in praise of what God had done and in prayer for the children in North AL?

Thanking God for...

  • wonderful continued connections at the Southwood Presbyterian missions weekend

  • a fun Valentine Party Club at Southwood with 15 kids plus older helpers - the kids were a blast and really got into it!

  • the 5 students taking Teaching Children Effectively Level 2 course (over Zoom) and for no technology troubles

  • 2 new people interested in starting church sponsored GNC’s at schools near them

  • groups that gather to pray for this ministry, the staff & committee weekly prayer Zoom, & individuals who bring all these before the throne

Trusting God for...

  • teens desiring to grow in their faith to serve God with us this summer in Christian Youth In Action (CYIA) program

  • opportunities to share about CYIA with teens and parents

  • more one-time Party Clubs such as Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, Easter, and end of school to be taught and for teams of volunteers to conduct them

  • new ministry connections so that Good News Clubs can be in all of our 14 counties in North AL

  • our staff, committee, teachers & volunteers will abide in Jesus & grow in our walk with Him
