Fair & Festival Ministry - You can make an impact!
Give kids a real reason to celebrate at fairs & festivals by sharing how they can have a relationship with God! You can make an impact in the largest generation in history through a great one-day Gospel outreach event. Volunteers have come away with eagerness, excitement, and equipment to share the Gospel with kids in their churches and communities.
What does it look like?
It is an excellent opportunity to plant Gospel seeds with many children and families! You can be part of this exciting, fast-paced outreach event. You can help kids make Gospel bracelets, all while sharing the best news in the world - the Gospel!
You and a team can share the Gospel at fall festivals, Christmas outreaches/events, Easter egg hunts, and more at your church, schools, and community events!
One large yearly opportunity is the Madison St Festival. This is held the first Saturday of October. Hundreds of children to attend with their families. Ministry shifts are only 1-2 hours. This year, volunteers just like you shared the Gospel with about 270 children and gave them Gospel bags.
Join our Fair & Festival team and be part of reaching the largest generation in history!
I want to make an impact! Where do I start?
For current volunteers who have been trained, you only need to have done your yearly Ministry Compliance form that you do for GNC/CYIA.
For current volunteers without training, we will get you ready with a short training session. You will also need to have done your yearly Ministry Compliance form.
For NEW or previous volunteers, you will receive free training (or a brief refresher) to equip you and a CEF background check at no charge to you. It can take about 2 weeks to be ready to serve.
