Fall 2019 Training Dates

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
How would you like to be a part of a team reaching the children of Madison, Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb and Etowah counties for Christ? Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) has a proven track record that God is still using to lead children to Christ, to recruit families, to build churches and equip Christians to do the work of evangelism, teaching, and loving others in Christ’s name (see Eph 4:11,12)!
We are holding Fall training for new and returning CEF workers, teams, and interested parties. The training is free and snacks will be provided. We are planning to have three training sessions. We would love to have you come!
Each year we need to renew our child protection policies and commit to the statement of faith. This is also a great chance to invite others and see how Good News Clubs operate and to get fresh ideas about managed fun.
Cathy Watts, who is an amazing teacher, trainer, and worker, will lead our time. Cathy has taught Good News Clubs for over 10 years and has been our Good News Club Coordinator for 5 years.
On August 10 from 8:30 am until 12:00 Noon we will hold a training in Gadsden, Alabama at Rainbow City Presbyterian Church at 3220 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906. We will teach the 'join the team' describing roles for GNC. Managed Fun will give ideas for classroom control.
On Aug 17 from 8:30 am until 12:00 Noon we will have a training session at Calvary Bible Church at 607 Drake Ave SE, Huntsville, AL 35802. We will teach the 'join the team' describing roles for GNC. Managed Fun will keep giving new ideas for classroom control.
On September 7, from 8:30 am until 12:00 Noon we will have a training at the Marshall County Baptist Association offices at 3555 AL Hwy 69 West, Guntersville, AL 35976. We will teach the 'join the team' describing roles for GNC. Managed Fun will keep giving new ideas for classroom control.
Pray for new teams and refreshing for our established teams! Please earnestly pray the Lord of the harvest will send workers into the harvest (See Luke 10:2). If you know any churches we should contact and recruit to work using CEF please let us know!
